These terms apply to purchases through nailmarket.eu. “We” means the operator above; “you” means the purchaser. A consumer buys mainly outside their trade or profession. Salon and other business purchases may have different statutory rights, as explained below.
2. Products and safe use
We sell nail cosmetics, nail care products, tools and related professional supplies. The product page, label and manufacturer instructions identify the intended use, volume, ingredients and any warnings. Follow the specific product instructions rather than a general guide. Products marked for professional use must be used by a suitably trained professional.
Screen settings can change how a colour looks. We do not guarantee an exact colour match on every device; the product must still conform to its description. We do not promise that every product is compatible with every lamp or other brand. Cosmetics are not medicines, and product descriptions do not diagnose or treat a medical condition.
3. Placing and accepting an order
Check the items, quantities, destination, delivery option, contact details and total before completing checkout. The final checkout action creates an obligation to pay. An automatic order-received email acknowledges your request; acceptance is confirmed when we notify you that the order has been accepted or dispatched. If a product cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item without undue delay. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
Open your customer account to request cancellation of unfulfilled items, or follow the online withdrawal steps. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address. If the parcel has already left, the withdrawal and returns rules may apply. Keep the order confirmation: it records the products and the conditions applicable to your purchase.
The purchase contract is concluded in English. We retain order and transaction records, and send the order details to the email provided at checkout. You can request a copy of your order details from our team; access through an account depends on the account service used. Review and correct checkout fields before the final payment action.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
Our storefront product prices include applicable VAT. The store currency is EUR unless another currency is explicitly displayed. The applicable tax treatment and final payable total are shown at checkout; a qualifying exemption or destination can affect that tax treatment. The final amount includes the products, applied discounts, applicable VAT and the selected delivery charge. Prices or offers can change for future orders, but we do not increase the agreed price of an accepted order. If there is an obvious pricing error, we will explain it and seek your agreement to a corrected order or cancel and refund it; this does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are available for that order. Payment processing may involve the payment provider’s own authentication. Do not send card numbers, banking passwords or verification codes to customer support.
5. Delivery and responsibility for the parcel
Orders are dispatched from Estonia. Available countries, delivery methods, charges and any stated estimates are shown in the cart or checkout. See shipping information for the process. A country appearing in a guide does not guarantee that every product can be shipped there. Outside the EU, import restrictions, customs duties or local taxes may apply; any known charges collected by us will be shown before purchase.
Unless a different delivery time has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the statutory period of 30 days. If we cannot meet the agreed time, we will explain the delay. You can exercise the remedies provided by law, including setting an additional reasonable period or cancelling where applicable. For consumer purchases, risk normally passes when you or a nominated recipient takes physical possession, subject to the legal exception for a carrier independently chosen by you.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days after receiving the goods to tell us they wish to withdraw from an online purchase. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. No reason is required and our prior approval is not a condition for exercising this right. Returns & refunds includes the online withdrawal entry point and explains how to notify us, the refund timetable and provides a model withdrawal form.
The withdrawal exception for sealed goods applies only where a product is unsuitable for return for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons and you unseal it after delivery. It is not a blanket exclusion for all cosmetics. We rely on this exception only where the specific product page identified the hygiene seal and explained the loss of withdrawal rights before purchase; without that notice, the ordinary withdrawal rules apply. Your rights for a faulty, misdescribed or unsafe product remain in place even if it has been opened.
7. Faulty or incorrect products
Tell us if a product is damaged, missing, incorrect or does not conform to the contract. Include your order number, the product and a description of the problem; photos and batch details can help but are not an arbitrary barrier to your statutory claim. For consumers, the legal conformity protection normally lasts at least two years after delivery. Repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund will be handled in the order and circumstances required by applicable law. A manufacturer warranty adds to these rights; it does not replace them.
8. Discounts, gifts and business orders
Promotion eligibility, thresholds, expiry and combination rules are shown with the offer. A gift is free only when the qualifying conditions are met and checkout confirms its discount. See discounts & gifts. A promotional rule cannot remove your statutory withdrawal or conformity rights.
For orders made mainly for a business, the consumer withdrawal right does not automatically apply. Any negotiated wholesale pricing, payment terms and business return arrangements must be agreed in writing before ordering. No business discount or credit facility is guaranteed by submitting an enquiry.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send a written complaint to info@belom.eu or use our contact form. We will respond within 15 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and give a response timetable.
If a consumer dispute with an Estonian trader remains unresolved, you can contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. For cross-border assistance, contact your European Consumer Centre. You may also pursue a claim in the competent court. The European Commission’s former ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not a current complaint route.
10. Applicable law and changes
Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence where those protections apply. These terms do not force consumers to bring every dispute exclusively before an Estonian court. No clause excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We can update these terms for future purchases. The version agreed at the time of your order applies to that order. Privacy and cookie choices are explained separately in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
