What to include in your enquiry

• Company name, country and contact person.
• Company and VAT details where relevant for invoicing.
• Product names or links, quantities and whether the supply is a one-off or recurring need.
• Delivery country and any deadline you would like us to assess.

Use Contact or email info@belom.eu. A concise product list helps us check availability and respond with useful information.

Pricing and supply are agreed in advance

We do not advertise a universal trade discount, guaranteed minimum order or credit account here. Any business pricing, availability, delivery charge, payment terms and return arrangements are confirmed in writing before the order is accepted. Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation to buy or a promise of preferential pricing.

If you order through the ordinary store checkout, the price and terms shown there apply unless a separate written agreement has been made. Correct business details are important for the invoice; tax treatment depends on the actual transaction and legal requirements, not simply ticking a business box.

Professional use and product responsibility

Check labels, intended users and application instructions when selecting stock. A product marked for professional use is not made suitable for unrestricted home use by buying it in bulk. Keep batch details and manufacturer instructions available to the people using the products.

Business orders and consumer purchases

Consumer withdrawal rules do not automatically apply to purchases made mainly for a business. The applicable business return arrangements should be agreed before purchase. This does not turn a faulty product into an acceptable one: contractual and statutory remedies still apply as appropriate.
