Manyo Panthetoin Essence Toner

The formula features panthenol (4,000ppm); ectoin (1, 000ppm). A leave-on step after cleansing to replenish skin moisture and prepare for the rest of your routine.

Inside the formula

  • Panthenol: A conditioning ingredient that complements a moisturising routine.
  • Hyaluronic acid / hyaluronate: Humectants used to help maintain skin hydration.
